Mie olen Lapin tyttö. Tällä hetkellä asun Rovaniemellä ja olen ollut ohjaustauolla pari viime vuotta äitiystehtävien vuoksi. Synnyttäessäni esikoista lokakuussa 2018, Nia Finland juhli 15 vuotista taivaltaan Suomessa ja Nian perustaja Debbie Rosas oli Suomen vierailullaan.

Niaan tutustuin vuonna 2007 sattumalta Suomessa festareilla. Jo silloin tunsin, että jotain syttyi sisälläni. Uudessa-Seelannissa löysin Nian uudelleen (tai Nia löysi minut 😉 ja aloin kouluttautua harjoitteen parissa. Niasta tuli mulle henkinen henkilökohtainen harjoite, josta olen ammentanut kehon viisautta ja mielen voimaa. Olen matkustanut Nia vöiden kanssa nyt ympäri maapallon ja palannut synnyinsijoilleni Lappiin.

I´m a dancing lady from Lapland. At the moment I´m living in Rovaniemi. Now I have had a break from instructing Nia due to my first born, who was born at the time
Nia´s co-creator Debbie Rosas was visiting Finland. Beautiful synchronocy!

My first touch with Nia was in 2008 at a festival in Finland. Already then I felt something ignited in me. In New Zealand I found Nia (or Nia found me) again and I started to experience Nia in a deeper level through belts and instructing. Nia became my spiritual personal practice that tought me the wisdom of the body´s way and the power of the mind. I´ve expanded my Nia belts now all around the Globe and I have returned to Lapland where I was born.

And the dance has just begun! Please contact me if you are interested in dancing through life. I am about to step again into Nia and retake belts during Spring 2021 to be ready to instruct again when is the natural time.
